Hi,
According to Microsoft you should be able to install the language pack on your tablet - https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/help/14236/language-packs
The instructions on this non Dell affiliated site explain how to install them - http://www.thewindowsclub.com/install-uninstall-languages-windows-10

Thanks again, but i need changed system language, not keyboard. If i download any apps from play market, they installed on english. I need software to converse in international version android
