Dell venu 8 pro screen touch error

I have a dell venue pro 5830. Service tag 96f77z1 express code 19979369245. The screen is not calibrated correctly. I updated the bios and factory restored windows but when I get to the calibration screen to delete block. 11 blocks on 1 side will not erase. Those 11 blocks do not record touches either finger or pen. I have not all I can do any help??You can see on the side I can not erase the blocks.
