Dell mini active pen

HI. May I please know how to fix the pen from the inside?

because there is a tape inside the pen and I accidentally cut it . 

It was working very well . But now it can't work 

Do I have to buy another pen?

My laptop is dell mini active pen. Latitude 5175.
