Dell Latitude 7285 and Windows 1809

According to https://www.dell.com/support/article/uk/en/ukdhs1/sln297954/dell-computers-tested-for-windows-10-october-2018-update-and-previous-versions-of-windows-10?lang=en the Dell Latitiude 7285 has been tested with the Windows 1809 update. My Latitude 7285 is still not updated with Windows 1809 and I'm not sure why. Dell's online support is annoying to the point that I now refuse to contact them anymore. Does anybody have any idea why this Latitude 7285 is being listed as being compatible with Windows 1809, yet the install is not available in Windows Update?
