DELL Latitude 7210 / WWAN sim insert / t77w968 DW5821e-Sim
Hello, I installed a WWAN modem later. Unfortunately it doesn't recognize my SIM card. A SIM reader is built into the 7210. The error message appears: Insert SIM. I have installed drivers. I use Windows 11. Can someone please help me, I would pay too. THANKS

Check with the seller of the card -- these do come in a version that supports only an e-SIM, and won't work with a physical SIM card.

According to the seller, the card can be used with eSim and SIM. I can also switch between SIM and eSIM in the settings. I saw that many people have this problem on Google. It has to be changed in configuration.ini > USBCOMP. I just don't know where to find it. This is a configuartion problem.

I have the same problem.
I have a Dell Latitude 7320 Detachible. I bought and installed the DW5821e module. Two SIM cards appeared in the system. One physical, the second eSIM. When I insert the physical SIM card into the tray, it was recognized by the device, the operator is determined, but it says no connection.
I would like to hear an answer from a specialist... but two identical problems hint that it does not work like that.
