Dell Latitude 10e St2e tablet

So I have this tablet I tried to boot it one day and it wouldn't boot Windows so I booted into setup mode and while in setup mode I accidentally deleted Windows boot manager from the boot sequence list now I don't have a trace of Windows left on this tablet and it only boots to setup mode I cannot get it to boot from a USB to reinstall Windows I've tried adding it to the boot list and it doesn't boot or anyting but setup mode or it just won't allow it to is there anyone that can tell me something to do or to try
