DELL DIGITAL JUKEBOX 2nd Generation USB connection

Hi, I have a cherished DELL DIGITAL JUKEBOX MP3 player, 2nd Generation with all of my favourite tunes on it. The USB connector that fits on the end of the charger has broken and I am no longer able to connect it to charge it up. I know it is an old product, but I am 70 years old and have had this for over 20 years. I am reaching out to see if anybody has a redundant cable from a broken/failed player willing to sell  the USB cable with the end fitting that the barrel end of the charger fits into ( or the whole charger/usb setup). There is no part number on it but I have a picture of the end of the usb cable showing where the charger connects to it. Regards, Michael
