Dell Canvas won't power on after firmware update

I downloaded and installled the Display Controller v.1.0.6 (A00). The firmware updated and told me to unplug and restart the display. The power button no longer powers the display. The self diagnostic mode also does not trigger any more. The display is now dead. Anybody know of a fix? Thanks
