Dell 7140 Motherboard Upgrade

I have the 7140 with the 4Gig of memory and slower Core M (.8gh) and I am looking to see if it is possible to install the Core M board with 8Gigs memory and 1.1GH Core M.  Is this possible and if so what changes need to be made to the system.  I am wondering if it will run too hot.  Thank You.
