Confilct drivers DellCanvas Pen and Wacom express key remote

Hi, I recently bough a Wacom express key remote in order to improve my 3D Sculpting workflow with my Dell Canvas 27, but I notice there are conflicts with the Canvas Pen drivers and the Express Key Remote drivers. I try uninstalling and re installing both drivers but nothing works. In order to make my pen work again I have to restart my computer over and over again until the pen drivers start working. 

Please Help
