Cannot reinstall windows Dell venue 11 pro

For some reason my tablet isn't working and doesn't start up. I tried start up repair with no success. So I decided to just do a clean install of Windows 10. I used the Microsoft media creation tool to create a bootable USB for Windows 10 64bit. I tried booting to it from the tablet using the boot menu but it doesn't boot. I also tried deselecting windows boot manager from the bios and just leaving the usb. But still nothing. It just says that No Bootable Device Found. Can someone please help me. Don't know what else to try.
