Battery problem of the Dell tablet T02D

Dear Dell,

I have a tablet, model T02D (Reg Type T02D003) having battery problem. I am not sure if the battery is overheat as bulge up can be seen at the bottom area. Is it a must to send the tablet back to you for an inspection and repair and can the battery be replaced by us.

I am in Hong Kong but I believe the tablet was purchase in US.
