Automatic power on when plugged

I'm looking to buy a Windows tablet that has the option in the BIOS to automatically power on the tablet when plugged in for charge. Like Apple does with tablets and cellphones.

Does the Venue 8 Pro or 11 Pro can be configured in such way ?
