Hello,
Are you using the Virtual keyboard in the iDRAC GUI? ( Keyboard circled in the image below)
If not can you test using it?
You may also try the Console control and use: Keyboard Mouse USB Reset
Check results after.

Hi,
Can you try running the Linux OS in CLI mode and check if you're able to type the letter "i". I can't be sure which key should initiate the CLI mode change, it should be from Ctrl + Alt + F1 through Ctrl + Alt + F6. If the 'i' can be typed, the GUI configuration should be having an issue with the key settings.

It sounds the issue is coming from the OS. Can you try it outside the OS? In bios or with a live OS?
Be aware that Oracle Linux is not supported for this server.
Thanks

When I connect to the server through the zoc program, I can make the letter i.
I am running the same OS on another server (different brand) and I can use the letter i

"I shared the picture to show that I don’t have this problem when I connect to the server via SSH (ZOC terminal). However, I still cannot press the letter 'i' via iDRAC.

This does not mean that Oracle Linux cannot have problems on the Dell server. Unfortunately, we cannot manage a problem with an operating system that we do not support
