Hi,
Actually I test the hotfix deployment, and when I launch it , I have the following message : "OMSA x64 version 10.3.0.0 is installed on the operating system.
The hotfix applied to the installed version of OpenManage Server Administrator is in progress.
The hotfix is not applied. Retry the installation process using Run as administrator option.
Press Enter to exit..."
if I launch via run as , issue persist..
any idea?
thank you

Hi, according to the hotfix information, this only occurs when it is installed in a non-default directory location. You can check important information section from here https://dell.to/3GJOc0j (scroll down and expand important information section)
Hope that helps!

Honestly, I didn't see a problem with this hotfix, If these criteria are met "It is highly recommended to install the hotfix when the OpenManage Server Administrator is installed in non-default directory location other than program files.
The hotfix is applicable to OpenManage Server Administrator version 10.3.0.0 on Microsoft Windows Server and Client operating systems."
I would check the MD5 hash of the downloaded hotfix file to check the integrity of the hotfix file.

Other than that if you have Windows 2019 or Windows 2022 you can consider to upgrade OMSA 11 https://dell.to/3ZfH7vI
