Secure Connect Gateway - Dell S4112 switches no longer connect

Secure Connect Gateway 5.x  – Over the past couple months several systems I added to SCG 5.x a long time ago that were showing as “Success” in the device management were showing as “Failed”. After detailed review it looked as though the “Failed” systems were Dell S4112T switches that were recently upgraded to latest OS10 because the switches that haven’t been upgraded were still showing “Success”. I started researching and found a support matrix for SCG 5.x that showed the S4112T switches were only supported on SCG up to 10.5.2.x but the latest version we are on is 10.5.5.3. I did try to remove and re-add one of the switches showing “Failed” connection to SCG but it would not re-add. I also noticed that all of the PowerStore units that are OS v3.2.1.0 were connected “Success” but one unit still had 3.2.0.1 and was showing “Failed” but on that unit I was able to run successful connectivity tests for the support connections to both SCG servers we have. This weekend I upgraded the unit on 3.2.01 to 3.2.1.0 and now that upgraded unit is showing “Success”. I didn't think that this product would not monitor or support newer versions of Dell OS10.

 Is SCG going to be updated to support OS10 10.5.5.3 and higher or is there some other way I should be monitoring these switches? Our SAM is showing these on our monthly report that's pulling from SCG.
