  I attempted to send you a private message but the system says that you do not have PMs enabled.

  I went into my settings and noted the private messages were already enabled. I disabled and then enabled them again and attempted to send to Martin with no luck. I then attempted to send you a message as a test and it now says I have reached my limit for number of private messages.

Ok, well... really it doesn't matter who, but can you please send any of us your Service Tag?

Or you just keep having this error with any of us? If so, please, post the Service Tag publically and I will edit the message to remove that information afterwards.

Then after posting this message publicly perhaps I earned a credit to send another PM, or a timer ran out and I was able to send Chris a private message, but I still can't send Martin one. So I think they may have their PMs disabled or there is some kind of a bug.

Based on previous communications I am fairly certain that Martins Private Messages are enabled. What I would do is go to your profile picture and click on it, then select My Settings, select Preferences tab, then Private Messanger tab, from there verify if you have a checkmark in Turn on private messages. If not then check it, and then you should be able to send Martin a PM.
