OME-M Reporting Old Firmware of MX9116n
Hello all,
MX7000 with OEM-M 1.30.00. MX9116n switch upgraded from 10.4.x to 10.5.2.4. OEM-M shows version as 10.4.x, on switch "show version" shows as 10.5.2.4. Any thought why such inconsistent data or missed performing any changes.

Hi,
I've communicated with you via private message. It would be good that you contact the tech support for your MX. A remote should be needed, to check on the firmware upgrade staging.

Hi,
Try refresh inventory/reinventory on the device. Else, try rebooting OME-M VM. If it doesn't display the current firmware, try removing the switch in OME-M, and rediscover.
Let me know how it goes.

no, showing the old version (10.4.x)
