Is there anyway to dig deeper into the enclosure information to get anymore details on why it's in a degraded state? There should be a way to dig deeper into the information and find what specific aspect of the system is degraded. I would say the most likely culprit without having any further information would be a failed drive in the array causing the array to go into a degraded state but you'll need to verify that by digging deeper into the information being presented.
