iDRAC9 - No SSL option
Hi all,
Got a wierd issue I've found. Got two R340 servers I need to create csr's for on the idracs. One I've been able to do this fine on. The other has no option for SSL under settings >connectivity.
Had anyone seen this issue before? Both servers have enterprise licenses.

What firmware you have on both iDRAC? CSR setting is under "iDRAC Settings -> Services" page under section "Web Server -> SSL/TLS Certificate Signing Request" section. Can you also share screenshot of the page?

Hi Shine,
Thanks for the info! One is running 4.40.40.40 and the other is running 3.34.34.34.
On 4.40.40.40 the SSL certificate settings are located where you said so thanks for that.
On 3.34.34.34 they are located in iDRAC settings > connectivity > SSL.
Will make myself a note that the locations appear to be different depending on the idrac firmware version
