iDRAC7 - R720XD - LIC017 error
Hi there,
I've purchased an R720XD from auction and successfully completed the ownership transfer procedure via the Digital Locker. I've got the iDRAC Enterprise Licenses available to download, but when I try and import the license, I get the following error:
LIC017-The license file is corrupted, has not been unzipped, or is not a valid license file.
I've confirmed that the hardware ID is correct (service tag matches) and have unzipped the file (I'm selecting only the XML file to upload), but can't seem to get passed this error.
Can anyone suggest a solution?

Hello thanks for choosing Dell and welcome to our community.
There are multiple possibilities I could think of.
You still may need to have the idrac license re-issued (For this you will need to raise an official ticket https://dell.to/4fbdpPc )
You may have brought a wrong license file despite correct import.
Or the other way around is possible as well.
