iDRAC installed on OEMR XL R640 detected DSA-2024-460
Hello,
Good day to you.
We've had iDRAC installed on OEMR XL R640 and it had been detected with DSA-2024-460.
DSA-2024-460 remediated version stated is Version 7.00.00.174 or later.
Looking into the compatibility list of iDRAC 7.00.00.174 it doesn't include OEMR XL R640 thus we were wondering if there's any alternative?

Hi,
This is because you have the OEM XL Version instead of the R640.
While the R640 and its OEM version are technically quite similar, there are some limitations and differences. For instance, the R640 might receive new firmware updates that the OEM version does not. For more detailed information, please review the article linked below.
