iDRAC Enterprise License Recovery
Hello I purchased several used R720 servers and unfortunately the iDRAC enterprise licenses have been lost. I have confirmed from the system information site that they both shipped with an enterprise license. Because I am not the original owner, the license are not in my vault. Is there a way to recover the lost licenses?

Hi,
I can probably help to regenerate the license file, but the ownership transfer must be completed as the email attachment sends to the owner's email. If I would generate the email, you will need to obtain from the owner, which you might want to avoid. Hence, let me know if you have completed the ownership transfer, here's the article: https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-my/000125103/ownership-transfer-and-dell-product-registration-guides. I'll send you a private message to obtain the server service tag, after you have done the transfer.

Joey,
I believe the transfers have been completed, as I now see one of the Enterprise licenses in my support portal, however only one of the 2 service tags submitted seem to have the license added to my account.

I can confirm that after the ownership transfer completed, all licenses successfully show in my account! Thank you so much for your help!
