iDRAC configuration management with Server Configuration Profile

I am trying to manage some very specific settings on my iDRACs (R6{2,3,4,)0, R7{3,4)0xd, R840, and R6525 ranging from idrac7 to idrac9) I am able to pull down an SCP for each model but I have questions regarding some of the attributes, specifically the ones I want to not manage.

If I am to remove the values from the .xml config file and essentially create a golden image for each model with the values that I want to manage, will only the values defined in the .xml file be altered? Another way to look at this would be if I only define certain attributes in the config will the undefined attributes be erased or left untouched when I import the config?

Thanks in advance

Only setting mentioned on the Server Configuration File will be applied and all other setting will be retained as it is until unless there is a dependency between attributes. You need to ensure structure of the file is not disturbed while modifying the file. I will recommend to test the server configuration file on one server before deploying on multiple server,
