iDRAC + BIOS Upgrade Path (Dell PowerEdge R730xd)

Hi,

I have a Dell PowerEdge R730xd server that hasn't had its iDRAC or BIOS updated in several years, and I'm worried that this is causing some degradation in performance.  Before I do anything drastic, I'd like to bring everything up to date -- and do so safely.

The server itself is running ESXi 6.7.0 U1

Server BIOS version is 2.9.1

iDRAC version is 2.63.60.61

What's the best path for bringing them both up to current versions safely?  Thanks!
