IDRAC and other firmware upgrade path

Hi All,

I am looking to upgrade an older server to confirm the issues are not false positives.

We are currently on

Bios 2.8.0,

iDRAC Firmware version 2.60.60.60,

Life cycle Controller 2.60.60.6, 

NIC card version 18.0.17.

Device model - PowerEdge R730.

What would be the path to get these current.
