How to update the iDRAC Service Module installer ? (R640)
Hello, everyone!
I managed to update all components except for CPLD—there were no updates above 1.0.6. But I can't figure out the iDRAC Service Module installer; I currently have the old version 3.2... But I don't see any updates for this module on the website. There is only a program for Windows and Linux version 4.x, but it is a management program, not an update.

@DELL-Charles R
I already have this module installed in Windows. Specifically, the one that is installed via msi.
But what should I do next?
How can I update the version on the server so that it is displayed in server 4.2.x?

To launch the Dell iDRAC Service Module (iSM) in Windows OS, follow these Dell-recommended steps:
1. Verify Installation
2. Start the Service
3. Access iSM Features

@DELL-Charles R Hello!
1. Yes, it is installed. I checked that it is in the components!
2. The service is there—it is running!
3. I checked via the web, and it is active. I attached a screenshot.
What should I do next? To update the module on the server itself to a newer version. Thank you.

Hello,
Let's do a flea power drain then check that Collect System Inventory is enabled and check results
drain flea power (shut down, disconnect power cables and Network cables, hold in power button 20 seconds with cords removed).
After flea power drain, system has to set for 3 minutes for DRAC to reset without any power plugged in.
Then plug in NIC and power but wait 2 minutes before power on to give DRAC time to initialize.
Boot into the LifeCycle controller:
-boot to F2 -> System Setup -> iDRAC Settings -> Lifecycle Controller to check status
-Choose: Lifecycle Controller set to Enabled
-Collect System Inventory on Restart set to Enabled.
Exit save reboot.
Check results
