Has anyone encountered any problem while updating OME 4.4 to 4.5 ?
We are running OME 4.4.0 (Build 75) and we have been notified of 4.5.0.34 availability.
As usual, we performed update but this time it went terribely wrong so we revert (snapshoot) to 4.4.0
Does anyone know how to open a case on this product? (When I use our OME serial number to submit a ticket, it doesn't go through)
I didn't notice any specific err mesg during update but after update (4.5.0.34) all systems details are unavailble (inventory could not be retreived (CGEN1008)) ...
I also noticed that connectivity was stopped and contact identity was empty. I tried to complete contact Identity but Time Zone was impossible to set !
Any other similar experiences (and fixes ) ?
