Error code: 2000-0415

Welcome,
a T130 (Debian) server did not start after the installation
by our electrical service provider
and has been flashing orange on the front and back since then.
The hardware test shows error message ePSA4239.45 Code: 2000-0415. I moved cables, reset BIOS, checked button battery. The fault ticket exists even without HDDs. Where should I look for the error?

Hello GBotond,

Thank you I received the images.

The last word on the top line is Intrusion.

Check that the intrusion switch is properly installed and connected

Hello GBotond,

The images did not show up.

If they are large try resizing.

Could you make it  a .jpg file?

See if you have given it a thorough flea power drain and check results.

If you still have an issue try clearing NVRAM.

Make sure you have the side on so it is not tripping the case open amber led.

1.drain flea power (shut down, disconnect power cables and Network cables, hold in power button 20 seconds with cords removed).  After flea power drain, system has to set for 3 minutes for DRAC to reset without any power plugged in, then plug in NIC and power but wait 2 minutes before power on to give DRAC time to initialize.

2.Clear NVRAM - there is a map under the lid to show the jumper location. Shut down,  Set jumper to the Clear position, power on and Post up to the jumper error, shut down and return jumper to original location.

Hello thanks for choosing Dell. How about we run Mimimum to Post:

The minimum components to allow the Dell™ PowerEdge™ T130 to complete POST are as follows:

  • System board
  • CPU with heat sink
  • Single DIMM configuration with DIMM in socket A1
  • Control panel with cable (to power system on)
  • Power supply unit

Hi,
the door was open, luckily that was all there was to it after I wiped everything down.
I didn't think that would be a problem.
Thank you all for your help!

Regards

Botond
