DSU running automatically

I work at an MSP and we manage quite a few Dell servers.  We have Dell System Update (DSU) installed on most of them and I was under the impression that it only ran manually.  However, we've had reports of customers having BIOS updates installed on servers without any intervention from us.  Upon investigation, we've found that DSU is running almost daily on the servers it's installed on, installing firmware updates without us approving them first, and rebooting the servers afterward.  DSU isn't running at the same time daily, nor is it necessarily running every day.  We've made sure that automatic updates are disabled on the iDRAC.  OpenManage Server Administrator is also installed on these servers.  However, I can't find anything in the user guides for either product about DSU running without being manually invoked.  Any idea what's going on here?

Hello thanks for choosing Dell and welcome to our community.

I'm afraid not much can be done here without proper case we will need TSR and DSU logs. For that you can raise an official ticket through https://dell.to/4khzdNa to your region support.

This is more of a question about DSU itself since the behavior isn't unique to a single server.  We're seeing this behavior on at least 20 servers.  I'll see about opening a service ticket though.
