Dell Smart-UPS 3000 DLT3000RMI2U Firmware update
We have several Dell/APC Smart-UPS 3000 DLT3000RMI2U with the optional network interface cards.
They are now being reported by our vulnerability scanning as being vulnerable. We are looking to update the firmware however if we go to the APC site, they don't list firmware for this model and neither do Dell. The UPS itself has a Dell logo on the bezel and was purchased from Dell however the actual device itself is manufactured by APC.
How do we obtain newer firmware that has the vulnerabilities addressed?

Hello, I understand your concern about firmware update. Unfortunately, I could reach any upcoming firmware information about it. I have limited access to some processes. I can recommend this to reach the local support team with a prosupport service tag and they may involve a resolution manager who may get more information. Just might be they can engage a qualified engineering team. As I know APC creates firmware but I don't have enough data for this.
