Dell PowerEdge R7415 will not be quiet

Hey all,

I am running a Dell R7415 in my home lab and one thing I want to run is plex, Previously ran this on a dell R730 with no issues with a quadro P2000 for transcoding, that same P2000 causes my fans to spin up to 100% I learned it was a third party card, and then went and got a dell P2000 thinking that would solve my issues it did not.  I am looking for either of two solutions a card that will fit in in this server without causing the fans to run at 100% that is capible of plex transcoding or a way to get these fans to dial down with either the third party card or the first party card p2000.
