Dell Poweredge R620 | NO MONITOR | iDrac7 Express Issues
Hi, yall, recently just got a Dell Poweredge R620 8 Bay, and upon startup, the iDrac7 Module Blinks green a few times and then goes blank I have iDrac connected to a Netgear 8 Port unmanaged switch and it seems that Netgear acknowledges the connection until the iDrac module on the server goes blank..I am stumped any help is appreciated I've done a soft and hard reset I have even tried to give it a static IP Gateway etc still nothing it gives me the error code "IPV4: Undefined" then shows "0.0.0.0."
would it be best to wait for my monitor that's on its way or is there any way i could get iDrac working so I can install an OS?
much appreciated

Looks like some configuration issue on iDRAC. As you do not have Operating system installed then you need a monitor to connect and check the configuration in POST. Did you have a DHCP configured on the network. If not you can set a static IP to iDRAC using LCD and check the behavior.
You can refer below link for details on configuring IP using LCD
