Dell OMSA This page can’t be displayed

Hello, 

For some reason we can't get this to work again. 

I've reinstalled different versions 9.3/11.01 on a PowerEdge R740xd windows 2016 standard.

I've used different browsers, same results. 

Added https://servername:1311 to exceptions without success.

ofc i found the fix right after making this post, please mark as resolved or advise how i can.
