Machine Description............... Dell EMC Networking Switch
System Model ID................... N3024ET-ON
Machine Type...................... Dell EMC Networking N3024ET-ON
Serial Number..................... CN0DVH7NDND009C40097
Manufacturer...................... 0xbc00
Burned In MAC Address............. 2004.0F69.CFE5
System Object ID.................. 1.3.6.1.4.1.674.10895.3088

and

both files need to be extracted and relevant files to be upgraded on both switches respectively.

Hope this helps.

@DELL-Young E First of all, thank you very much for your detailed answer.

But customer wanted to upgrade the first option recommended in the Dell Web for this product, I mean, upgrade to the following FW version :

Dell EMC Networking N3000E-ON Series, Firmware Version 6.6.3.47

But customer has just rebooted the switch to reload this new version and he is getting the following messages:

UBI error: ubi_io_read: error -74 (ECC error) while reading 64 bytes from PEB 3446:0, read 64 bytes

Hi,Unsorted Block Images is a file system used in NAND memory. Therefore UBI errors could be due to a hardware fault. You can try to power cycle that might be clear errors. But if it still occuring then I would suspect to hardware error. So I recommend to reaching your local support team and opening a ticket.
