Latest BIOS is 2.14.0 and latest iDRAC FW is 2.83.83.83 for FC630. You can use below links to download the same

has v 2.14.0 been recalled for FC630/FC430? i cannot locate it within OME nor website. We had ESXi host freezes a couple months ago; reverted to 2.13.0; but wanted to try again.

You are correct, BIOS 2.14.0 has been removed.
Unfortunately I don't have any information for when the next release will be.
I can recommend check the support site periodically for an update.
