HI,
Since you have already terminated the CLONE so you cant do recreate it. You can do create with precopy option.
-precopy does the backgroup copy once you creates the session and target can be immediately available when you activate it and -copy option is the default option.

1. Create
Sets target device Not ready
Sets Protection Bits on Source and Target
Link session between SRC and TGT
2. Activate
Sets Clone Ready to host
Point in time copy’ time is Activate time (not Create time)
Begin copying data from SRC to TGT
3. Establish
Performs both the Create and Activate functions
Differential establish where previous pairing existed
4. Split
Splits a device pairing which is in the restored state
Supported at 5x71 and above
5. Restore
Restores date either to another volume or back to original volume
Incremental Restore to original source or full restore to new device
6. Recreate
Allows incremental copy of changed tracks on target to source
Target must initially be a full copy of the source (-copy or –precopy options specified)
7. Terminate
Terminates all copy sessions and deletes pairing

I agree with Saurabh, as you are in terminated status. recreate is not availiable.
precopy option start transfering data when create the clone session
copy option start transfering data when activate the clone session.
thx
