Symconfigure commit fails.

Preview, and Prepare works fine. but commit fails.the symapi log details are below.

SWRS_TIMEOUT  and the script handling returned sts code. do I need to open an SR.?

Hi,

It showing error

Session ID 1493504 (0x0016ca00)  COMMIT requesting required resources......................Timeout

check the SP on the symm.Most of the time service processor in the symmetrix will be running some other script or it may be in hung state.Contact PSE Lab and have a look.
