Sym CLI error code 0311(282f)

Hi,

0311(ex :282f) is a media error when block or track is bad and failed to read or write, ingenuity generates dial home for this error when we get this error with procedure check 0311, then we dial in to frame and read blocks and tracks for the error most of the time we can read blocks and tracks.

i found that this type of the drive issue is more in the queue always, to avoid this, can we change the procedure in dial home for this error

i mean if this error occurred with procedure check  0311() instead of dial home instantly ingenuity should wait for some time and read those blocks if it still not readable it should call home.

By this we can avoid unnecessary dial home.

can any one suggest me what else can be done.
