Can i confirm that you want to move your production workload to the DR site and SRDF/A back to the PROD site, and you also want to keep a point-in-time copy of the PROD site data. Is this correct?

Stop applications / shut down server(s) on PROD site.

Wait until SRDF/A has performed a couple of cycle switches to ensure all data has been sent to the DR site.

SYMRDF FAILOVER [-FORCE] (stop replication and update RW status of R1 and R2 devices. -force if SRDF/A consistency is enabled)

SYMCLONE / SYMSNAP your R1 devices at the PROD site to obtain your point-in-time copy

SYMRDF QUERY (confirm there are no invalid tracks)

SYMRDF SWAP (SRDF personality swap to make R2 devices at the PROD site and R1 devices at the DR site)

You are now ready to resume SRDF/A on at the DR site, replicating to the PROD site. This would be the same process you follow now for resumption of SRDF/A at the PROD site.

For details on the command syntax, take a look a the Solutions Enabler SRDF CLI product guide. In particular, "Example 5: Operating with SRDF Asynchronous replication"
