SRDF stands for Symmetrix Remote Data Facility.  In essence it is only a Symmetrix to Symmetrix replication technology.

You cannot use this to replicate data to/from the Equallogic array.

In order to replicate the data from this array to a Symmetrix you will either need to push the data from the Equallogic to the Symmetrix or pull the data from the Symmetrix.

If you are going to pull data from the Symmetrix you can use Open Replicator.  However in order to pull this the remote copy must not be in a state that is host accessible.  If the host is still accessing the data and you wish to have a copy offsite on a Symmetrix you will need to have a static copy as a source.  A point in time copy that is uninterrupted until the Pull is complete.

The other choice is to shut down host access to the production devices on the Equallogic array until the pull is complete.

If the data is updated prior to the Pull being completed, your copy on the Symmetrix will be inconsistent to say the least.

Review the Open Replicator documentation to see if it meets your needs and ensure that you have the appropriate licenses installed (from an SE perspective or emclm depending on the array type and microcode).  If you do not have the correct licenses then you will need to work with your account team to purchase them.  My understanding is that Hot Pull or Open Replicator/LM is included with VMAX arrays at no cost.
