Only one remote mirror of a Concurrent RDF device can be in Asynchronous mode at any time
Got an error "Only one remote mirror of a Concurrent RDF device can be in Asynchronous mode at any time" while setting mode async for a RDFG.Any idea why I got this error?

To simultaneously operate both mirrors in SRDF/A mode, the concurrent R1 device must reside on a Symmetrix array running Enginuity 5875 or higher.
The R2 devices can reside on any Symmetrix array supporting connections to a Symmetrix array running Enginuity 5875 or higher.
From SRDF product CLI guide.

I am doing SRDF/A from DMX3 to DMX4 with code 5771. Should that be a problem?

Make sure the array model and codes are supported for the srdf/a configuration on both the legs.

Yes. If you are doing two SRDF/A remote for the same source it’s not supported.
Only in latest code you can have two SRDF/A for a single source. Please check the supported code and array model.
