Mount symmetrix device to linux host
Hi, this my sound as a stupid question.
I am working with Symmetrix (VMAX).
Is it possible to mount one device( type: 2-Way Mir) in Linux system (ubuntu) that is in the same network as Symmetrix.
I have mapped the device to port something like (FB-5E:1).
How should mount command look like?
mount IP:port/devicename /mnt/my_folder

please review this document. Also as far as i can tell Ubuntu is not officially supported. If you are limited to open source distros, you can try CentOS that is fully supported by EMC.
