How do you keep all your Solutions Enabler instances in sync?

In my environment, I have one server that runs SMC or SMAS with Solutions Enabler loaded.  Then I have SE loaded on both my VMware Site Recovery Manager servers, as well as 2 virtual SE appliances those use for remote operations. 

If I create a device group on one, how do I get it to sync with the others?  Is there a paper on this?  I couldn't find it.
