Enableing SSH for eManagement

Hi Experts !

My customer has followed  497705 : Vapp Manager for EEM by default defines Configure Customer Service Login Service Level -  None

to enable SSH for eManagement. But it seems to be not able to use SSH...

he clicks ``ALL`` as per KB ....

But it does not reflect ... tick is gone ....

Am I missing something ?
