Windows Hello Fingerprint is Currently unavailable

Recently I have updated to Win 11 and Rolled back to Win 10 ASAP. After that the Fingerprint scanner is not working properly. When I try to set/edit fingerprint in settings it shows windows hello fingerprint is currently unavailable ( We couldn't find Fingerprint scanner compatible with Windows Hello Fingerprint ). I don't know whether it is a software or hardware issue. kindly resolve this problem immediately.
