WiFi not working on Inspiron 7400
The WiFi on the7400 was working well until I installed an ethernet USB adapter. Now the WiFi is not displaying its ICON.
1. I have removed the ethernet adapter - No change.
2. Installed the current WiFi driver - No change
3. The network device in WIN shows "enabled"
4. Tried using "fn+prt sc" - No Change
5. MicroSoft says "Windows could not automatically bind the IP protocol stack to the network adapter".
6. OS is WIN 10; WiFi adapter is WiFi 6 AX201 (160 MHz)
Any assistance would be very much appreciated.

Thank you Jesse.
I want to close this case as I engaged a 3rd party PC consultant to resolve this WiFi issue.
For your benefit, it was determined that once the Ethernet adapter was installed in the USB port the ability to rotate to other connection services such as WiFi was disrupted. This means that even removing the Ethernet adapter did not cause the Dell to default to WiFi which explains the absence of any WiFi connector services even though diagnostic tests validated the WiFi hardware as operational.
This error re connector rotation is a fault with the Dell Inspiron which needs to be remedied.
