White screen when i run Supportassist
Precision 5560
why when i run supportassist app dell it shows white screen how to fix it please help me
just like the below image that I send it

Setting up a new XPS 8960, same thing. I ended up going to https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us and let it 'Detect this PC'.

I’m having the same issue with the white screen when I try to run SupportAssist. I’ve tried restarting and reinstalling, but no luck. Has anyone figured out a real fix for this? I’m wondering if it’s a driver issue or something else.
