Hi Smokey2021:

What is your Dell computer model and antivirus, and has your Dell service warranty expired yet?

Also provide further details about your problem.  Do you mean that you performed a clean reinstall or in-place repair of your Windows 11 v24H2 operating system and that Dell programs like Dell SupportAssist v4.x and Dell SupportAssist Remediation v5.5.x (also known as Dell SupportAssist OS Recovery or System Repair) are no longer listed at Settings | Apps | Installed Apps or Control Panel | Programs | Programs and Features?

NOTE: The built-in  Windows System Restore feature is disabled by default in Win 10 and Win 11.  If you want to turn this feature ON see the instructions in the Windows Central article How to Use System Restore on Windows 11.
