What is the point in having a Support Assist
when no one answers the questions, most of the posts on here have no reply

Hi Manjnoon53,
Thanks for contacting Dell. I am from the Dell SupportAssist team.
We try our best to respond to as many forum entries as we can but sometimes we miss out on some.
Lately, we have had a lot of formal queries regarding SupportAssist and that has kept us from responding to entries on the community forum.
The best method to get a response would be to contact us through the formal process wherein you contact Dell Tech Support via phone(1800 number) or email. They in turn contact us if they are not able to resolve your issues.
Having said that, now that we are on this thread and I will get direct notifications, you can post your query here and I will try and respond as soon as I can.
